The Olive Vault Maple Balsamic Granola
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/8 cup cocoa nibs
2 tsp chia seeds
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup raw almonds
¼ cup roasted or raw sunflower seeds (salted or unsalted)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup raw honey (use infused flavored honey for something extra)
¼ cup Olive Vault Maple Balsamic Vinegar
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix to distribute cinnamon evenly. Add honey and balsamic vinegar and mix well to combine. Pour onto baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool completely before storing. Place granola in an airtight container. Enjoy on yogurt, ice cream or just by itself.
