RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Final Sale Policy
Because our products are food items, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for change‑of‑mind purchases.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Photographs are required so we can assess the issue.
Approved claims will receive a replacement. If the cost of shipping a replacement exceeds the value of the product, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Missing or corrected items will be shipped at no cost. If shipping exceeds the value of the item, a credit may be issued.
Returning Items
We do not accept returned merchandise. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please dispose of it after your claim is approved.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. Small‑batch production and seasonal offerings may limit quantities.

Limitation of Liability
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit delays or handling rests with the carrier.
