How We Ship

Orders are prepared with care in the order they are received. Standard processing time is up to 72 hours, with additional time possible during peak seasons. Delivery timelines begin once the carrier has the package in hand.

Shipping hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

We ship within the continental United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All shipments are calculated based on box size, weight, and destination. We do not offer express or expedited carrier options.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A complete and accurate street address is required at checkout. Orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect addresses cannot be processed.

Order Pickup

Customers may choose Ship to Address or In‑Store Pickup at checkout. If a correction is needed after an order is placed, please contact the shop directly as soon as possible.

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Small‑batch production and seasonal offerings may limit quantities.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to present accurate product descriptions and imagery, though variations may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit delays or handling rests with the carrier.
