Pappardelle’s Pasta is one of our favorites, we love this pasta, it is air-dried, so it cooks quickly.  Made with premium Semolina and Durum Semolina flour, this pasta will quickly become your favorite too.  We change up the flavors periodically, and there are many to choose from.  We sell it in a small quarter pound size to serve 2 or a half pound to serve 4.

We also carry a full line of pasta sauce from an amazing company out of Napa, CA; Sonoma Gourmet.  All but one of the sauces we carry are Gluten Free and NO SUGAR ADDED.  Founded in 1990 by two chefs who were inspired by Wine Country’s reputation for fine food and drink, Sonoma Gourmet uses the best, freshest and if available, locally grown organic ingredients. And because all of our products are made in small batches, they taste like sauces that would normally take the home chef hours to prepare.
